Meet Mikyle Jessen

Mikyle Jessen is the President of JL Capital Group, a private investment firm backed by the Land Family.

Jessen's career began at 19 when he acquired his first investment property for $52,000—borrowing money from an investor in exchange for 50% of the profits. He sold the property just 46 days later, generating a $14,000 profit.

That early success led to a track record of acquisitions and ultimately to the launch of one of the nation’s most recognized capital syndication firms. Under his leadership, the company grew from a five-person startup to a nationwide organization with over 850 representatives. Over the next decade, he helped raise and deploy more than $400 into businesses.

His work as an investor and financial partner has been featured on CNBC, NBC, CBS, Bloomberg, and on INC Magazine's INC 5000 list for America’s Fastest Growing Companies.

Today, at JL Capital Group, he leads the American Health at Home Fund, focused on acquiring and consolidating healthcare businesses across the United States. Backed by a leadership team with over $6 billion in transaction experience, Jessen is spearheading the effort to build the largest privately held home healthcare platform in the country.

He resides in Charleston, South Carolina, with his wife and two daughters.
